Trainee Program

Ages 16+

Dancers of advanced level learn the Company's exclusive repertory and are trained in the Ajkun Methodology while experiencing the New York City Performing Arts Scene. The program meets the standards for H-3 visas.

Ages 11-17

Dance students in prevocational classical ballet training are nurtured to excel by our private classes taught by Director Dr. Chiara Ajkun. Performance opportunities with the Company.

Audition

Performance Program

Ballet Students and Dance Schools are offered the opportunity to perform with the professional company in select classics such as the Nutcracker.

Children & Teens Programs

Ages 3-13

Fun dance activities are offered for the Nutcracker, Spring and Summer with insights into the dance world behind the scenes.

Dance Teacher Program

Ages 18+

Our Integrated Field program suitable for collegiate and graduate students pursuing a teaching career.

Intensive Programs

Dance programs to experience our New York City company and the highest standard of ballet training.

Summer Program in New York

Ages 14+

4-week course to enhance the training and performing expertise, and to receive exposure to career opportunities. Housing available.

New York Winter Festival

no age limit

A week-long celebration of dance open to dancers and dance groups. Monday through Friday Workshop and Saturday Showcase for a panel of New York City experts.

Dance Tours

Ages 11-28

Visit Italy, transcontinental Istanbul or breathtaking Oceania while training with the Ajkun Ballet Company. Daily classes and performance opportunities. Housing available.

Ajkun Open Classes

no age limit

Classes independently offered by Company Artists in New York City, during periods when the Company is off or part of the Company is on tour. There is no audition to attend.
